Through our strategic sourcing process, we were able to dramatically reduce costs at a state government level, also addressing their sustainability targets. We worked extensively with a major educational insitution locally to address business critical issues through procurement and organisational optimisation. Several senior consultants also recently lead a major restructure of several government agencies offshore.
