Kearney was the first major consulting firm to establish a dedicated transportation practice, which now works with transportation and logistics services companies in every mode, market segment and geographic area. With a primary focus on corporate strategy, we also assist our clients with operational, marketing, organisational and information technology issues.

We provide consulting to carriers as well as their customers, providing a unique perspective on the industry. We have considerable understanding of the transportation industry infrastructure, economics and success requirements. Our experience in the transportation industry covers a broad range of services, including strategic planning, portfolio rationalisation, competitive analysis, post-merger integration and capital or asset management.

Locally, we have worked with key players in the transportation industry, both national and international companies. We work extensively with one of the major international logistics players to assess market conditions around the globe, to evaluate growth potential. Recently, we supported a national logistics player to develop a corporate strategy and extract value through strategic sourcing. This area also often intersects with our supply chain management for other industries, particularly consumer goods and retail.
